Online Safety
At St Peter’s, online safety is a key part of our curriculum and wider school culture. Pupils are taught to use technology safely, respectfully and responsibly through lessons, collective worship and events such as Safer Internet Day. Our E-safety curriculum explores themes including building positive relationships online, understanding reliability, making safe choices when using technologies such as AI, recognising scams and managing influence online. Pupils are encouraged to talk openly about their online experiences and know how to seek help. This is strengthened through pupil leadership, with Computing and E-safety ambassadors leading half-termly sessions and promoting a safe digital community.
